Turning bottlenecks into growth opportunities

RENU IVF  catering to female patients with limited footfall, hampering the company's growth strategy. We determined a leaner strategy over 3 months withing the existing establishment followed by a 6 months marketing strategy . Footfall 100% success ratio in IVF in past 6 months, increase patient by 5 times and launched the brand in the market.

GAHLAUT Healthcare Centre, a 15 year old establish catering to eye ailments led by Dr Alok Gahlaut, a leading ophthalmologist. We created a  brand identity and designed a lean  marketing strategy for the brand

A collab with Indrajit Lahiri for his podcast show  'Ebong Indrajit' Bengal's own podcast , reaching 2M+ audience The podcast is going live on all social media handles as well as on 20K+ subscibers on Youtube and Spotify .
